What is the cost of a Meghalaya tour package from Kolkata?
RoamiGo Travel's Meghalaya 4 Nights 5 Days group tour costs ₹13,500 per person, Guwahati to Guwahati, without train tickets. This includes your hotel stay, tour transport, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a tour guide travelling with the group. Book 90 or more days ahead and get ₹500 off per person.
What is included in the Meghalaya tour package?
The package includes 4 nights in standard deluxe hotels (2, 3 or 4 sharing), tour transport by Tempo Traveller or a vehicle suited to your batch size for all sightseeing and transfers, breakfast, lunch and dinner (full Bengali meals, veg and non-veg), and a tour guide with the group. Pickup is at Guwahati station and the drop is at the same station.
What is not included in the package?
Train tickets (Kolkata to Guwahati and Guwahati to Sealdah), entry tickets at sightseeing spots, the Shillong Peak entry car, Umiam Lake boating, local guide and porter charges at the spots, packaged water, room heater, early check-in or late check-out, personal expenses, travel or medical insurance, and any extra cost caused by landslides, bandhs or road blocks. How do I book, and how much do I pay upfront?
You reserve your seat with a ₹1,000 booking amount per person. The balance is paid after you check in at the Day 1 hotel. The ₹1,000 booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Which trains do I take, and where does the tour start?
The tour runs Guwahati to Guwahati. Upward train: Kolkata–Sairang Express (13125/13126), Kolkata to Guwahati. Downward train: Sealdah Kanchanjunga Express (13173/13174), Guwahati to Sealdah. Our car departs Guwahati station strictly by 8:00 AM after arrival, and the tour ends with a drop at the same station. Train tickets are not included in the ₹13,500 package — please book them yourself.
How many people are there in one batch?
Every batch is capped at a maximum of 20 travellers. Once a batch is full, that date is closed.
What are the upcoming departure dates for the Meghalaya tour?

Standard deluxe hotels with 2, 3 or 4 sharing rooms depending on your group. Hotels are provided as per availability on your dates — the same hotel or a similar one.
What is the best time to visit Meghalaya?
September to March is generally the most comfortable window, with clear skies, full waterfalls after the monsoon and pleasant temperatures in Shillong and Cherrapunji. June to August brings very heavy rain, which makes Meghalaya lush and dramatic but can affect sightseeing plans.
